Good morning! I ordered 3 human / pet photos for my husbands Father’s Day, and they turned out remarkably perfect! Thank you so much! My husband loves them!

The quality of the product was very nice, and I was happy with the final result. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was very disappointing.

Communication throughout the process was lacking, and I often felt like I was communicating with an automated system rather than a real person. As a customer, I expected more transparency and timely updates, especially after paying for expedited shipping.

I understand that businesses experience busy seasons and high order volumes, but if expedited shipping is offered as an option, there should be a reasonable expectation that those timelines can be met. If delays are anticipated, they should be communicated clearly so customers can make informed decisions.

Overall, while I am pleased with the product itself, the lack of communication and failure to meet the expectations associated with expedited shipping left me dissatisfied with the overall experience.

It was a speedy turn around and flexibility and swift follow up that made me to return to BestCustom! I really enjoyed them and the product was soo loved by all the aunties!

Totally responsive , professional , high quality material & work …. And reasonable priced !

For $74 it could have been a little bit thicker and a little bit bigger
