The description very clearly says twice that they will crop the photo and remove the entire background so it is just focused on your animal. They did not and included the child in the photo. They could’ve simply sent an email and asked if I wanted him in it. Either way, his face is completely deformed. It looks nothing like the original picture. I spent five weeks trying to deal with them, but they only respond every 5 to 7 days after five weeks, I was forced to order with another company because this was a gift that was now over a month late and they claim there is no issue and I need to pay for a new pillow. Terrible company, terrible customer service. Their satisfaction guaranteed is a blatant lie. They do not follow their own descriptions. And at the end of the day, the quality of what I received was awful.

Bought this to surprise my wife at the airport after a long time apart. Honestly I bought it just kind of as a funny possibility, not sure if I'd do it, but as soon as I saw it I knew it had to be done. For reference, I got a size M (I'm 5'9"ish and 155ish) and the photo I uploaded had the background removed already. The big day is in a week, wish me luck!
