    I have previously commented that I was very unhappy with the ornament that I received because there was a sticker in front of the ornament and the ornament look very dull instead of brilliant like I had seen on the website. Customer service for the company was amazing. They responded quickly and told me there was a film to protect the ornament during shipment which I have currently removed. The ornament is perfect.
