Great quality!

He absolutely loved the glass! It's great quality and perfectly as described!
My only issue was with shipping. Don't bother paying for expedited shipping. I paid the extra and it still arrived a week late. It comes from overseas so expect 3 weeks shipping time.

Poor Shipping

I placed my order on Nov 28 for a Christmas gift. It's now Jan 6 and I still have not received the item. Can't rate the quality of the item, but the shipping sucks.

The shipping was a little slow. It took about 23 days to arrive. However, the glass is beautiful. It was well packaged. You can look at the image on the glass, and there is no denying it is our dog. The only imperfection stems from the photo I uploaded of her. In short, no big complaints from me.

Have not received order

I haven’t received this order. The company is unapologetically throwing the delivery service under the bus. It’s been a month. Unless I see this product soon I am ready to call this a scam and report Best Custom.
