Terrible experience.

My order took over 3 weeks to arrive instead of 5-7 business days like the website states. Will never order again. I was completely ignored when I asked for my money back several times because I no longer wanted the package since it had been weeks and it still had not shipped! I wasn't able to give the Christmas gift to my child's father and didn't have the funds to get something else before Christmas since his gift from your website was not coming anytime soon and my order wouldn't get canceled.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and son in law. They loved it, and so did I!! I honestly didn’t expect it be as beautiful and nice as it was. I also didnt know you can change the colors of the lights, or have in on a mode where it changes colors. 100 percent recommend!!! I may buy another one!!!
