It took almost a month to arrive, after getting held up in customs, but it met my expectations perfectly. Sir Sniffs-A-Lot is going to be rocking his Bears jersey all season long... Bear Down!

Donut is 30 lbs and the 3x fits her perfectly. I was worried because she's usually a med or lg in most brands but I followed the chart and it worked out. I upgraded the fabric and it is a nice breathable tshirt material. It arrived in time for her to cheer her favorite team on to victory on the group play round. Go team USA!

I got this for my boyfriend's birthday who loves Pokémon and he absolutely loved it! The quality is amazing and it came out so beautiful! Definitely will be ordering more of these for the rest of the family!

I gave this to my husband for our 5th anniversary, (wood is for a 5th) He was so surprised and loves it so much! He still stands in front of it and admires it.

Let me begin by saying I have sent MANY emails to this company trying to get a refund to no avail. The product i received was terrible quality, blurry and looked like a printed paper glued to a slab of acrylic. This is not what is advertised and is not an actual card at all. It’s even smaller than a card. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Extremely disappointed with the quality. I even paid for the upgraded quality. You can barely see the graphic. You can barely read any of the writing, it’s so cloudy and distorted. For 40$ I really expected something that you could at least see clearly. Would NOT recommend, spend your money elsewhere

I received my order and I must admit I'm truly disappointed. Given that I paid for expedited shipping, a three-week delivery time is truly unexpected and unsatisfactory. Additionally, the item itself does not meet the value I would anticipate for $43. I believe a similar product could be purchased for around $4, and the inclusion of a name does not, in my opinion, warrant such a significant cost. This gift for my friend is definitely not what I envisioned.

While it is very pretty, it is INCREDIBLY SMALL!!! Like I mean TINY! I am pretty much embarrassed to give it to the retired teacher I bought it for. Waste of money because I even paid the extra $6 for a higher quality product. In the photo I have a small candle next to the vase for size comparison to see just how tiny it is.

We were excited to gift this to our exchange student at her farewell party and ordered 2 extra for our family as well. Unfortunately received the product and the German flag came with orange color instead of red. Chatted and submitted photos to try and get it fixed, but the. Implant refused as they said they printed red- clearly the printer toner was out of tone for red. I had showed our order to many other exchange families, but have since warned them of the bad customer service for repair. Very disappointed with the response and refusal to repair.

Absolutely love the sign . My only negative is that it takes very long to receive and wish the wood was a little thicker . But sign looks great

Received my order and it is absolutely AWEFUL.  AND I PAID FOR UPGRADED QUALITY.   Colors and quality are nothing like what is advertised.  Photos shows actual engraved item - as described in the listing - and my cup is printed on and the font color is purple? Not silver as shown. 

Best Custom said “The colors were adjusted during production to enhance the visual impact; otherwise, the logo wouldn't be this clear.. We hope you understand this issue.”

They do not follow their own return policy but offered me 20% off my next order - unacceptable. I will not spend another dime at this rip off Chinese website.

I was very disappointed with this vase. The design/print on the vase is much smaller than it appeared in the product photos. The pictures make it look like the print covers a larger portion of the vase, but in reality it is noticeably smaller and less impactful. The item itself is decent quality, but the product listing is misleading and does not accurately represent what you receive. I purchased it based on the photos and expected it to look much different. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations and the only thing the company offered was a refund for $6 for the upgrade I paid for. This was such an embarrassment I could not gift this item.

Not good quality at all. I even paid for the “premium quality”. Cheaply made and the sizing is terrible. Neither fit either one of my dogs.Customer service is AWFUL. Once I told them I was unhappy with the product they STOPPED responding to my emails. I requested to send the product back for a refund and NO RESPONSE.

Idiots don’t know what a Pokémon card looks like I want my $30 back you ruined my gift. It’s foggy and I can barely see photo. I could have made this with chatGPT and glued it with craft glue myself to a piece of plastic. What I can’t do is put a picture on the type of cardboard that the Pokémon cards come in. I don’t know why you didn’t do that. Don’t do this kind of custom work if you can’t do that they can literally make fake Pokémon cards out here. And you’re over here sending me this garbage. Looks 10 times worst in person it is not clear at all and 1 good scratch and that glued on photo will be gone. Your custom work is shameful

A perfect rendition of our Doxi/Corgi.. delivered with expediency and cost that was surprising; Would have paid TRIPLE. Wonderful gift.
