The gift was a hit! The we got a picture of our cat that doesn’t like to be held so now we can hold her anytime.

I am really happy with how the hat turned out. The hat is good quality, with no stiffness.
Just a heads up- shipping took a little over a month (12/11-1/14). This could be due to the holidays.

With our cat being all black, I was a little worried that the face would turn out undefined. But I think it captures our cat’s face perfectly. I upgraded for premium quality in hopes of that helping.
The only complaint is that there is a lack of definition around the mouth.

Our cat passed away a while back but we have so many good memories with him. This will be a good way to remember Dune🖤

Very cheap looking, also took forever even though I paid for expedited shipping and upgraded print quality. The quality is subpar at best, very disappointed.

We purchased this hat on December 8th for Christmas. We expected that 17 days would be plenty of time to fulfill the order. I have just now received the item (Jan 6) almost one full month from when it was purchased. Support did refund our shipping cost. The quality of the hat itself is fine but the image is terrible. They managed to make a sweet dog look like a monster? It resembles the dog somewhat but it is far enough off that I would never give this as a gift as originally intended. BUYER BEWARE!! I am absolutely appalled that a company would ship the product I received. I ordered a large plaque, but received a paper thin piece of particle board that would not fit any size of collar. The company states that they will refund the purchase price if customers are not satisfied, but will only offer 30% of the product value. I do not recommend their products and will never purchase from this company again. All products shipped from China despite the website stating they are a Texas owned company.

I waited for over 3 weeks for my items to arrive and I was disappointed once I received them. The material is a flimsy particle-board like material that will snap very easily. There was also nothing to hold them up (as seen in the picture). I contacted customer service on MULTIPLE occasions asking for a refund and they refuse. I do not recommend this product or buying from this company.

As far as quality of sock, I wouldn’t know. I ordered three custom pairs December 4th, for a Christmas sock exchange December 22. Today is January 5th, and I still haven’t received them.
Contacted customer service December 20th to see if it would make it in time. They responded with: It’s a pity. We’re sorry your package will not come by the time…
We will refund your shipping as an apology.
Still didn’t get a refund either.
I understand things happen, but I probably wouldn’t order again or recommend.

Order was completely wrong. They spelled my mother's name wrong, which really upset my father and I as it was supposed to be a heartwarming Christmas gift. Even the receipt spells her name wrong (I did not write it like that) and they did not spell it that way either. They say they'll send a new one but we'll see. Hopefully they go through with that and it comes in correct.

Scrabble board was flimsy. The placement of the family names was not thoughtful and the names/letters connected in a way that didn't make sense and created non-words. very disappointed. and it took forever to be delivered. I ordered one two years ago, same company. Much better back then.

i’m extremely frustrated with the product i received, not only is it not worth the money i paid, it took almost 2 months to finally arrive and when i got it, the names and date were on the other side of the pictures so it’s embarrassing to give as a gift, i want my money back for how badly of a job this company did.

Not hapy the picture I sent is different coloring than this. You should have said a black background was no good. You can barely see her face

I liked it but it took close to a month to get her so make sure to get it in advance plus there is little updates on where your item is too

My friend's daughter moved out of her mom's house recently and misses the family cat terribly! I got the pillow for her for Xmas. But first I'm photographing the pillow on "adventures" that I'll make into a photo book for her to accompany the pillow. It's been a big hit and everyone wants to pose with it for photos! Thank you!

After our dog passed, we wanted something to memorialize him. This was the perfect solution. We love to look at his lifelike pillow and keep his memory alive.
The quality of the product was excellent and it was very affordable compared to some of the other companies out there. We were very satisfied with the pillow and highly recommend it.

I order this for my Partner Paul. Our cat bandit just passed away. I put him and the other cat Smokey, on his shirt. Where ever he wears it he gets compliments. I have given your information to many people. I say it’s user friendly to do, you follow through if there is a problem and the shirts come to you with the best design, color and pics.
