Still haven’t received my order yet.

As far as quality of sock, I wouldn’t know. I ordered three custom pairs December 4th, for a Christmas sock exchange December 22. Today is January 5th, and I still haven’t received them.
Contacted customer service December 20th to see if it would make it in time. They responded with: It’s a pity. We’re sorry your package will not come by the time…
We will refund your shipping as an apology.
Still didn’t get a refund either.
I understand things happen, but I probably wouldn’t order again or recommend.
