I ordered my mom a birthday present on July 20 and I have still not received it in the mail every time I email best custom support team trying to figure out why it has not arrived they make it seem as if it’s supposed to take this long when I know very well that it is not since when I purchased it it said it only takes 5 to 7 business days! I will not be recommending them to anyone or rep purchasing anything from this company!
