Personalized teacher plaque

Very disappointed !!! In the product info it said item would arrive in 6-10 days and it took more than 6 weeks. I tried to cancel and no response. I have been contacting customer service to get a refund with a response that it has been delivered. Then they send me this to review to complete! Very sad customer service!! Will not shop here again even though the product was ok!!?

I paid extra for expedited shipment and I paid extra for customer service. My order was supposed to arrive in 6-8 days and weeks later of trying to receive answers, I said I wanted to cancel my order. A few days later the items finally shipped to my home but it was way too late. I asked for a refund several times and was only given $30 of over $150. I have not heard back since and I returned the items as I needed to reorder somewhere else. Did not provide what I ordered or paid for.

The shipping took a bit, but definitely well worth the wait. It was a Father’s Day gift for my husband and he thought it was the coolest thing ever! He displays it proudly in his office!
