Over a month and still don't have it

I ordered the mug on January 16th. It is now February 22nd. I still do not have the item. Customer service has not been that helpful. They did offer me 30% off next item but why would I want to give them any more of my money?! The shipping info on the website is very inaccurate and the item did not come from California like it had on there. The item is somewhere in customs so it came from out of the US.
