Nice but very slow

I think the pajama pants are nice, but a lot thinner than I expected. Service was extremely slow. It took a couple of days short of a month for me to receive my order.

Haven't recieved

Ordered the pjs on October 30th. Paid to expedite the product and shipping and even tipped you. Here we are 3 weeks later and still haven't seen anything. Have reach out twice to customer service and their response is that shipping was delayed with little explanation. Yet the Usps tracking says that it hasn't been picked up. Not happy as this was a birthday gift for my wife.
